- Welcome 2025 6th New Power System International Forum -
The 2023 Boao New Power System International Forum was successfully held in Boao, Hainan from March 22-23, 2023. With the theme of "Open, Collaborative, Shared, Advancing Green and Low-carbon Energy Development", the forum explored the development path of new power systems, outlined the blueprint for constructing new energy systems, looked ahead to global energy and power cooperation, and promoted the green and low-carbon transformation of the economy and society to achieve the goal of peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality. The 2024 New Power System International Forum was held also in Boao, Hainan from 8-10 December 2024. Themed "Building the new power system faster to serve new quality productive force development", the event has attracted energy and power regulatory authorities, businesses, industry associations, and academic experts from both domestic and international sectors. Participants convened to delve into the developmental trajectory of new power systems, chart blueprints for constructing innovative energy systems, and foster collaboration on the future landscape of global energy and power cooperation.
With a long history of promoting research and development activities in the field of power systems, the forum aims to facilitate scientific information exchange among researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners worldwide, drive innovation and application of new energy technologies, and contribute to the sustainable development of the global energy sector. 2025 6th New Power System International Forum - Power System and New Energy Technology Innovation Forum (NPSIF 2025) will be held in Boao, Hainan from October 29-31, 2025. The participation and outstanding contributions of experts and scholars from all over the world are eagerly anticipated to jointly usher in a new era of new energy.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers ofNPSIF 2025 will be published in the NPSIF 2025 Conference Proceedings by IEEE and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.
